How much does a Matterport 3D Virtual Tour cost?

The cost of a 3D Virtual Tour depends on the size and complexity of the location being captured, along with the overall desired quality. Larger spaces and complex layouts require more time on site along with additional processing time once captured. In regards to overall quality of the tour experience, the more captured points in a 3D Tour, the better the overall experience will be. This all affects the cost of capturing a site. How do I view a 3D Virtual Tour?

A 3D Virtual Tour can be viewed on any device (PC, Mobile, Tablet, SmartTV) that has an internet connection and a browser capable of displaying WebGL content. All current browsers are capable of displaying WebGL content.

What is an Information Tag / Hotspot on a Virtual Tour?

An information Tag or Hotspot is a clickable item inside a Tour, these generally allow a user to view additional information that isn’t included in the captured Virtual Tour. These Information Tags include Photos, Text, Videos, Brochure downloads & links to other websites to name just a few options. Using tags to assist with highlighting key features is highly recommended for increasing customer interaction & overall experience.

Yes of course! We actively encourage our clients to use their 3D Virtual Tours on their website & email signatures. This increases the possibility one of your existing or future customers will see the tour and reach out to you. This increases your Return On Investment for the tour being captured. You can also share it on social media networks & blogs post. Our tours using an Embed code to connect seamlessly with your website, regardless of how your website is built it will be able to display one of our 3D Tours.

Can a Matterport 3D Tour be edited in photoshop?

Due to the way in which Matterport tours are captured it’s currently not possible for the vast majority of providers to edit the 360 images captured in a 3D Tour. The ability to edit images is tightly controlled by Matterport.
